The Pines

 

I definately didn't plan on writing a review- I always take pages like this with a grain of salt but I was googling The Pines from the wireless cafe they have upstairs so that I could get the main building address for my income taxes when I stumbled upon this page.

I was somewhat appalled at the comments made.

I have lived here for a long time and have never been happier in a rental situation.

I am not trying to say it's heaven on earth as the positive commentators have been accused of relaying, just that if you are looking to rent in a clean, safe, pleasant environment without owning your own place and without being price gouged in a 1,500 sq foot townhouse in Canton, this is the way to go.

Every building and lot is well lit; the clubhouse, fitness center and children's center are all under camera surveillance.

The Pittsfield township police are always out updating the residents on security issues and keeping thigns way under control.

I am a very particular tenant.

I am always calling in and reporting things that need to be addressed around my apartment or the property.

Despite the previous comment made, I have always recieved a follow up call on my maintenance reports.

It is a shame that he has had a negative experience.
