Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
We've lived in the Pines for 4 years and are finally getting ready to move out. The first 2 years were wonderful but the last two after a change in manangement has seen a decline. The walls are pretty thin so you really can hear everyone above and next to you and maintenance isnt always the fastest. In the winter be prepared to deal with snow, the plow people arent the fastest, but eventually they get pretty clear. The office staff is horrible at returning phone calls lately. they've lost our packages and are being very strict on balconies these days to the point of getting ready to ban even grills. we cant wait to move.
