Normally I would not take the time to do something like this but after seeing some of th recent postings I couldn't help myself. I have lived at The Pines for 7 years and absoutley love it. The property had a change in management about 3 years ago and since then it has been awesome. I actually contemplated purchasing a home last year and decided not to and stay at The Pines because they do offer such great service. I like living here so much that in the past 3 years I have referred 3 of my friends and family to live here as well. I have never seen any drug activity or felt unsafe at any time. Just the other day I recieved a balloon bouquet wth a gift basket filled with all sorts of goodies delivered to me at work from the staff just Thanking me for living at The Pines. WOW was I surprised. Obviously they care about the residents and take the time to show us. Any time I have had a work order the office calls me back a couple days later to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Now I call that customer service. The manager, Sue always attends the resident parties and visits with everyone and I see her out on the property all the time. Everyone knows that apartment living is not always perfect, but for me it is about how the management responds and I can not say enough about The Pines, the mnanager Sue and the staff. I would highly recommend the property

You are noticeably alone in that. I lived there as the new management took over. I loved my cute little apartment, but things began to go down hill. Since then the entire area has increased in crime and unfortunately my friends apartment was broken into, their neighbors was two days prior to that, and four cars windows in the passed three weeks were smashed in order to strip the cars. I am sad to see what has become of my old home and sad to hear that the management has only improved for few. I would just be very cautious if you need to live there.
