Hello, My names Ajay.
I used to live at the pines and I really enjoyed it there! No matter where one lives, their will always be a few negatives.
For example, the washing machine may be occupied when you want to do laundry or vehicles/apartments may get broken into, but some of these things also happen in the best of communities.
I think it is so unfair that many residents always want to put blame on the staff.
I have read a few of the reviews and some have had great things to say and others weren't so nice.
Aside from all of the comments I would like to challenge you to find any other complex that offers you as much as the pines do! I actually miss it there.
Its winter time.
Do you think I get to use the pool at my complex this time of year' No.
Do you think I have roverland to let my dogs go crazy in and get socialized with other dogs and wear them out at the same time' No.
Do you think my complex now offers me a state of art laundry room to wash my clothes and other items while the one in my building is being occupied' No.
Do you think the grounds at my complex are taken care as much as the pines take care of theres' No.
Now that I don't live there, I relize how nice it was.
The staff are amazing.
They know your names and always go out of there way to say hello.
And if your one of those people that feel as if the staff wasn't nice to you, then maybe you need to self reflect.
I've witnessed it to much to think that they would be rude.
How many of you have had packages delivery's' Mine were always keeped safe, locked up in the closet at the clubhouse.
It was great, although some mistakes I have heard did happen to some packages, at least while I was there, they knew who I was and never gave anything away of mine to anyone else.
Its just another added comfort.
As for the crime, yes it was bad there, but it takes a community to pull together and watch out for one another.
Get to know the people in your building.
If you see suspicious activity call it in to your local authority.
Make note of it to your neighbors and to the staff.
It should be up to you to help prevent the crime.
Itis afterall your residence.
So Im not really asking for a challenge but once you leave the pines and move somewhere else, trust me.
You'll see how much you were spoiled there.
Miss you pines/old neighbors and staff I'd give anything to have you where Im at now! Ajay.
God Bless and Happy New Year!

I posted a negative review for the Pines and have lived in several apt communities. Overall the Pines has been the low point of my apt living. The staff are nice, just incompetent. For $200 less I found an similar apt in a better neighborhood. My suggestion, shop around before signing that lease.
