Hello,
I have moved out of the Pines and the main reason is one of the maintenance staff members, I have never felt so violated in my life, the first incident was when I was coming home from work, I work in a bar, I had worked the night before and my car wouldn't start so I went home with a girl friend, mind you I am student I have to work to pay for school, I had my bar cloths on ( Semi Revealing ) the next morning she drove me home when we pulled up I got out of her car and was walking into my building the was a bald guy in a jeep you know the ones that the top come off the second I walked by his jeep he hoped out he was so close to me I could smell him, I could barely get the building door open, I live on the 3rd floor so I continued up the stairs he stopped at the landing and watched me go up the stairs!!!!! I thought no way so I didn't say anything I went to my door I was looking for my keys in the bottom of my purse and I hear him go to the second floor and talk about the color of my underwear, and how he would like some of that...I was sick to my stomach this guy has to be pushing 40 I am 23, and he is looking up my skirt on the stairs..... I could not believe it. I Called the office I was so sickened by it 2 DAYS LATER I get a call from a ----- telling me basically she didn't believe me but would talk to him, she knew who I was talking about by his car. I have seen him in 2 others before I moved out one was a ford truck and a white Chevy truck.. lady's look out he is bad news. I have contacted the police, my lawyer and I have moved out. just cause I have to pay for school and work in a bar doesn't give any man the right to violate me like that that was my home I never felt right after that. PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!!!!

They also used to allow the maintainence man named ----- go through the dumpsters, digging. Gee, isn't that how people's identities are stolen?? I don't trust the maintainence depatment at all and have changed my locks and do not give them an access key. If they don't like it, they can give me the obligatory 30 day eviction notice and I'll gladly leave.

Yes I had seen similar issues as an employee there at one point in time, BUT we all know why they wont fire him, MOMMY is the boss who is going to say anything it has to go through the regional who is his mom, he will never get fired until they get sued, then both him and her will be out on the street, the funny thing is there is a policy on this situation in the hand book about family members working there this is why he gets in a little trouble and mommy will protect him it has been like that from day one when they tried to hide it. Bottom like weather you want to live here or work here stay away this guy is sick in the head and he is not going anywhere....

You work in a bar-wearing semirevealing clothing, and you've never had a man 'violate you so much'? What the hell do you think is the point of the semi-revealing clothing in a bar?! SO GUYS LIKE WHAT THEY SEE! Come on.
