This guy has to be kidding! The reviewer of the previous post obviously lives with better neighbors than I do. I agree with the person who has the noisy neighbors on "both sides" of his apartment. I will not move back home with mommy for your information, sir. I will however voice my complaints with this place regardless of how many feel it prudent flame posts of differing opinions. If you don't have money to spare, this place is perfect. Should you have money, look elsewhere unless you have an uncommonly high threshold for annoyance.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They are much more understanding than others I have dealt with.
