I have lived here for seven years. I have seen the changes with management over the past five years. They are doing a great job trying to clean the place up. It is even nicer now, than before.

The office staff is extremely nice and very helpful. They allow me to use the fax machine and copy some of my homework papers. I am given cookies and coffee while I am in the office.

The maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are always completed within two days.

I have seen some of the other postings...To those who are negativeYour home is what you make of it! When you live in an apartment you will always have neighbors and rules to follow. Maybe you complainers should buy a house, or move back in with mommy and daddy.

I love it here, and will continue to stay at Appletree with my family.
