good and cheap for dog owners

With two very barky dogs and a tight student budget, Apple Tree was fine. No one ever complained about my little noice monsters. Grounds are kept relatively clean, but some tenants use the parking areas as their own trash bins. Management is very nice and serviceable - was able to negotiate my short term lease renewal; free faxing in the office. Maintenance is incredibly quick and easygoing. Close to bus route to Ann Arbor or Ypsi downtowns, and walking distance to grocery store and beer. Close to nice walking trail for dog walking. Complaints would be dirty hallways and laundry room, bad heating system (won't get cold enough at night - heat won't drop below 70), excessive speed bumps, and noise from hallways sometimes a lot.
