I have lived here for several years and have no intention of moving. I live in a large two bedroom apartment with my family. The maintenance staff is great. They always handle my requests within one day. I have not had any major problems. The office is very responsive. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They even allow me to use their fax and copier when needed. The groundsperson does a terrific job at keeping the grounds clean. (Other than goose poop!)
I reccomend Appletree to all of my friends, and will continue to do so.
