Not a good and safe place to live

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
This place is full of Dog's ---- in hall ways .The whole place stings .So many thefts in Apple tree I have seen during my stay from 2001 to 2004. I am happy with the staff but the management is Corrupt and irresponsible.
