Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
being a U-M student, i needed a cheap place to live and appletree was decent enough. it kind of looks like a dump on the outside, but the apartments are great, very spacious. i moved in when there were kind of desperate for tenants (may), so i was able to get $300 a month. it would have been a lot better place if the quality of tenants was better. i had especially bad neighbors, so that didnt help matters, but thats what you get in an apartment complex, it comes with the territory. i would have stayed, but it was just too far from U-M.
