Don't be fooled by the "great deals", the apartments are old and run down, when I moved in my carpet was very stained and I was told it was a "condition of the apartment" and basically just to deal with it.
Its embarrasing to have people over, the hallways are ALWAYS trashed, filthy and stink like total s***t. Then they took the locks off the buildings so their wide open for anybody to come in! NOT SAFE!
The office staff is friendly but the girl I've dealt with mostly is pretty clueless and inept.
Maintenance is quick, but it seems theres always something breaking down.
I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up!
