I have lived here for 5 years. I have read the other reviews and agree with some of them. I have seen a huge improvement with the property in the past three months. I have a large two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. My neighbors are all friendly. The grounds are well kept. It is true, there is only one dumpster, but if everyone used it properly, it wouldnt create a problem. The office staff is very nice. I have lived in several apartment communities and the staff at Appletree is more friendly and helpful than any other. Maintenance is awesome!
