I lived at Appletree for three years. All while attending classes at Eastern. When I first moved in it was decent. It really seemed like they had pretty high standards to rent there. I think they have thrown all the criteria out. Over the next two years it steadily went downhill. Forget about having any security. All the front doors are broken, and the door security system was removed all together. After my friends car was broken into for the second time...We asked the police what we could do. Their answer "move as soon as you can!"
The hallways are disgusting and the windows are always filthy. The walls are paper thin, and loud music seems to be norm. As well as domestic quarrels. My suggestion....don't even bother trying to make it over the huge speed bumps to check this slum out. The office staff is nice, but don't let them fool you.
