Where should I start' My apartment was in terrible shape when I moved in, the caulk around the tub was so thick and dirty, and they told me there ws nothing they could do about it. The carpet was very stained and stunk like cat piss, once again, nothing they could do about it.
When I first lived here, the buildings had locks on them ( they only worked part of the time, but at least as a single female I felt a little safer). Then out of the blue with no warning they were gone! The sewers back up in the hallway all the time, and they've NEVER replaced the carpeting.
Ive had a huge problem with ants, the manager told me it was because of the soil the complex was built on. ooookaaaaay'
There are always scary people hanging out in the parking lots, and if you complain about anything, they dont do a damn thing about it.
Do yourself a favor and dont move into this ghetto hellhole.
