Apple Tree Apartments have been a nightmare for me. The staff is very rude and hold the most ridiculous hours, so if you ever want to reach them, they are never available. Also, when I did finally speak to someone, Kim, I believe was her name - she was so rude. Also, you will not receive any notice for your packages and AppleTree now sends them directly to the Post Office. So it's up to you to find out which post office it's been sent to. Also, I hope you can all see the problem with sending your packages away without any notice. How are you, as a resident, to know if someone sends you a package that you aren't expecting' Well, you just won't get it if you live in AppleTree. This is a huge problem and I think the management just started that so they could cover themselves up by having crappy hours of operating to be open to let their residents come pick up their packages. Don't live here. Just save yourself the grief!
