Not Really a Good Deal

McKinley Properties took over the property and did improve the appearance, but also raised the price accordingly. The rent went from 525 to 670 (single bedroom and the cheapest rate possible). This was acceptable for the improvements, but they then started to charge for every single utility. This ran 44.00 for gas, 9.65 for sewer, 5.00 for trash, and 10.77 for the trash pick up. I tried once to see how they arrived at these figures, but didn t get any answer to this question. You also are responsible for your own electricity, which ran about 20.00 per month. All-in-all living here will cost you around $833.00 at their cheapest rate. You would certainly do better looking for a more competitive rate elsewhere. The noise levels are modest, with some parties going on during the weekends. A person was also sexually assaulted in one of the buildings and police are seen patrolling the premises. Once in a while, a security officer was seen driving around.
