Nightmare.

Our apartment seemed okay at first. We often had to jiggle our keys for a few minutes before we could get any lock open, but eventually they started to work a bit better, though they had to change the one on our mailbox because the key broke inside it.
The front doors, which are supposed to always be locked, often are not in the winter time; you have to pull the doors shut.
Our heat broke five times in one month, and when we called the emergency maintenance number, it took over 24 hours to get it repaired.
The staff is unhelpful and often seems poorly informed. They never ask for ID when you pick up a package, and it usually takes a long time to get anything done; we had ants for months, and after five calls to the office, the exterminators finally came.
Parking is ridiculous; people often park in the handicapped spaces, in front of fire hydrants, or not even in spaces at all. You often have to park far away from the building, which does not make you feel safe.
People are always outside yelling and swearing. The landscaping crew is out at 8:00 in the morning in the summer, and repairs were being made to the roof once at 7:00.
The guard in the gatehouse often does not have the gate down after 7:00, and we even had a friend following us who got in by saying "I'm with them."
We paid our rent on time every month, but still were told we hadn't twice; it took a few trips into the office to get it all sorted out.
And the biggest thing; our apartment was actually broken into.
Do not lease here. It is cheap, but not worth it.
