The office staff can use a course in professionalism, especially the accounts person. Don't be late with your rent, you will be fined heavily or YOU WILL BE IN COURT!!! It is all about finding renters, and then they harass you after you move in. The "Specials" that they run are geared for attraction only. The heat was inadequate and we had no control over the thermostat, so therefore it was either burning up or freezing in the apartment. We could not get rid of the ants for anything! Something is always breaking down, especially the blinds falling apart. We had no dishwasher, and had to park a mile away from our apartment; the design of the parking lot is terrible. The garbage bins were a mile away, and therefore the disposal of trash was very inconvenient. They took their time cleaning after a snowfall. A lot of shady characters are always going in and out. I am glad to be away from there! We didn't have grass around our building, just dirt and mud. Apartments need updating badly.
