DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The office people will do anything to get you to sign that lease.

I knew I had been sucked in the moment I stepped foot in my building. My first greeting was of the STRONG, disgusting odor of mildew - which immediately stimulated my gag reflex.

The apartment that I rented was not the one I asked for or the one that was shown to me. I asked the rental woman SPECIFICITY if I would have all the appliances that the one I was looking at had. She assured me it did. I guess I just put to much faith that they would NOT STRAIGHT OUT LIE TO MY FACE.

When I did get the apartment that was deemed mine, I smelled something terrible, the rug was stained, had left over dried dog poop on it and was all ripped up at many of the corners. My stove did not work (though after bugging them for a month THEY FINALLY FIXED IT).The apartment looked like it hadn't even been cleaned AT ALL. Everything was in HORRIBLE disrepair - it just blew me away with just how dirty, and rundown it really was.

So despite the move in I tried to make it work. This is where the ghetto neighbors come in to play. Loud at all hours of the night, sitting in the hallways SMOKING (anything of there choosing I might add). Loud, obnoxious and just a lack of respect all around. I mean what ever happen to just the COMMON respect of you know, keeping your drunk, loud antics to yourself at 3 am on a Tuesday night/morning.

My mail box was alway ajar, both of my closet door and bath room door came off NUMEROUS times.

Then there was the roach problem. I noticed shortly after I moved in. It took them a week (YES A WHOLE 7 DAYS) to get someone out to spray my apartment - just disgusting. Even after they did, I had to call them 3 more TIMES. I don't know what they did but it DID NOT take care of the problem. And every time I called they just seemed annoyed - I MEAN I AM NOT GOING TO LIVE WITH ROACHES JUST BECAUSE ITS ANNOYING TO YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!!! Grow up.

I finally learned where that POTENT mildew smell was coming from when I went down to do my first load of laundry in there "facilities" . Lets just say for then on I went to a laundry mat with good cause.

Some one broke into my car, there were 3 fliers sent out in the 7 month period I lived there, warning tenants of various "incidents" ). Being constantly hit on, whistled at and harassed just because I didn't have a "man".

To make a long story short, I ended up paying (a lot of money) to break my lease with them - YES IT WAS THAT BAD. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT rent from Mc slumlord ... YOU WILL REGRET IT.
