Stay clear of this place. The landlord is a lier a thief and a cheat. I have lived in this place for 5 years. The landlord swindles the tenants and the apartment manager gets all the blame. Then at the end of the year, he fires them (if they don't leave on their own.) So we all think that the manager was the problem.

He will never spend money to repair things right.
He will string you on and on till you give up.
He won't return your security deposit; he will say somethings wrong when its not; or he just plain will avoid it.
He leaves the vents full of black mold.
He advertises a pool for 3 years when theres no intention of having one within 3 months!
His rent keeps going up.
He doesn't return calls unless you pursue him or threaten him.
Hes not worth the time or the money.
Hes over priced compared to apartments just down the street.

Dont bother with Triangle Management or West Ridge Apartments.

Within the past 3 years I witnessed a shooting in the hall, a knife fight, a drug bust (COPS style); druggies and dealers rent everywhere in there.
