After being newly married and both in college, my husband and I lived in a variety of apartments both in the Minneapolis and Phoenix, AZ areas. We are going on our third year at Cutters Grove Estates and this has been, by far, our best living experience.

In the past, we've sought apartment communities in a nice neighborhood and that looked new, well-kept and cared for around the apartment community. However, in a few cases, that is all we found...what was nice in appearance would have a management that didn't seem to care about the residence or their concerns. Cutters Grove Estates is all we've looked for in an apartment and so much more. The staff is outstanding. You know that their friendly faces, readily available help and assistance will be there not only when you're shopping around for a place to live, but also once you've signed a lease and moved in to make Cutters Grove Estates your home. They know that we put trust into making our home here and they go more than the extra mile to make this a place you can really call home.

The grounds, common areas, and buildings are well-kept and tidy. The floor plans offer spacious, unique layouts with ample closet/storage space, which is a plus for us now that we have small children. The residents are friendly, clean, and respectful of one another. Maintainence team is excellent, fast, friendly, skilled, and efficient. There is a 24-hour number to reach either staff or maintainence with concerns, and during office hours the office staff is readily available and willing to help. The only thing I would like to see different, is to have washer and dryer or washer/dryer hook-ups right in the apartment without additional charge. This is very common in Arizona and something I miss.

We really appreciate the on-site storage, heated underground parking, vacuum and car wash, shopping carts and elevator to easily carry groceries from your vehicle to your apartment, and the beautiful park and walking trails behind the building. There are tennis courts and a pool on grounds, as well as a nice park right behind with playground, picnic and grill facilities, trails, gazebo and pier on the Mississippi River.

We are glad to make our home here at Cutters Grove Estates.

I agree with your review. On the washer/dryer hook up... it is not common in Minnesota and I have yet to find one with a hook up for your own set-up in this state... I miss it too being from Colorado.
