You can find more for your money someplace else. The four complexes have a playground in the middle, which gets really loud. People around here cannot control their children and they run around unmanaged. The (welfare) "parents" sit around outside smoking/drinking and making as much noise as possible.

They only have one laundry room per complex, which is inconvenient and always busy. The hallways are cluttered. People don't take the locked entry doors seriously and prop rugs up to keep the doors open, so the whole "safety" part goes out the window. O believe their is one maintenance guy for all buildings. People park in the limited parking lot without the passes and management never does anything about it.

Don't trust the management either, and don't expect to get your deposit back. If you value any quiet, go somewhere else.

To the author of this posting: As management of Cutters Grove Estates, we feel that you have posted this on our property in error. Although we value your opinion of your home, we believe you are referring to Woodland Park Apartments. They are located on Cutters Grove Ave just as we are, but they are not part of Cutters Grove Estates. In your message you stated that it is a four plex with a playground in the middle. Cutters Grove Estates has six buildings and we do not have a play ground on our property. Woodland park however, does have four buildings with a playground in the middle of them. We strive to keep our property beautiful, luxurious and peaceful and we take pride in achieving a 100% approval rating prior to this posting. Thank you!

Thank you for posting a response to the original author as I was rather concerened when I read the originating post comparing it to the other more favourable posts. My fiance currently lives at Cutters Grove Estate and he told me he really enjoys it there. I currently an in New Zealand but am due to fly to the US next month and my fiance and I will be making our home at CGE - so again thankyou for your response. I was about to call my finace and ask if the the originating post was true...which really did not gel with what he had already told me.
