We lived in Cutters Grove from May 2007 to October 2008. We paid more for our monthly rent because we were month-to-month rather than signing a lease--it worked out better for us because we were looking for a house to buy. Also, our unit overlooks the Mississippi River. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The maintenance and administrative staff were always helpful and pleasant. At times our neighbors were loud, but it wasn't unbearable. The apartments are spacious and clean and it's always nice to have a park in the backyard. One suggestion I would make is to have certain hours where only adults can use the pool, because it gets a little annoying to constantly have children in the way when one is trying to swim laps. Other than that, I would certainly recommend these apartments.
