I lived at Kingston Green for about a year and a half. The apartment itself was huge and beautiful! But the office staff was nothing short of less than desireable! Even though the management changed recently, I had hoped that things would get better, but not so.
There are so many restrictions to living here (can't have certain things on decks because it makes the place look bad, can't park here, you will be charged for this, etc etc etc). It seemed like every other day they were doing a parking sweep of the garages so you could never park in there anyway. There were always notes hanging by the mailboxes and doorways threatening fines, etc. Never mind all the notes they put in your door (as though you didn't see the million notices hanging in the entrances) Just made it feel unenjoyable to live in. If you ever wanted to get a package, don't expect to actually recieve it here. Rarely did they put notices in your box saying you had a package at the office (again only notices saying pickup your package or else!) If it weren't for UPS tracking numbers, I would have never recieved a single package. And twice in the 1.5 years there, they gave a package of mine away to someone else. They don't do any kind of verifying AT ALL. The pool and facilities are nice, but don't expect to be able to use them-- the hours are terrible! And the last thing, when you move out, plan on not getting any of your deposit back (even though they say it is refundable). I spent hours cleaning and it was cleaner before I moved out than when I moved in. The only thing I forgot to do was clean the inside of the oven (which is a self cleaning oven), and was charged $90!!!! (But when I was asked at check out what the charge would be, they lady told me she didn't know off hand, but it would only be a small fee.--- $90 is NOT small!)
Overall, the apartment itself is gorgeous and I miss it, but the daily harassment of the office staff and their poor poor managment abilites make this place one of the worst I have lived in. DO NOT rent here!
