I rented here for almost two years and I was everything but satisfied. The rooms are nice but the noise and management are terrible. I am not the complaining type but after a few months is enough. The people upstairs would pound the floor and make so much noise things in my apartment would fall on the ground. Then when you complain and nothing gets done. The management on the other hand are the worst I have ever seen. They love to put up nasty notes all over the place and on your door. When you let somebody know of a potential parking garage sweep you would think you would write FYI, or please notice. Instead its WARNING!!!!, Move your car or its getting towed. Its really rude. The underground parking sweeps are pointless. All it does is blow dust around. Hopefully by now they have come to the conclusion you need to use a power washer if you want it to get any better. The management is rude and lack people skills. One example is When I signed my contract they gave me a rate. 10 months down the road they wanted to charge me an additional 200 dollars a month. When I told them that was not what I agreed on in the contract they threatened to take me to court. Over two hundred dollars in which it was there mistake. The problem got escalated all the way up to corporate level. It did get resolved somewhat, but not until I debated for hours, talked to at least 5 people, and threatened that this just cost them a new 1 year lease. They also promote a work out center. If you live in building B, the equipment doesnt work. Its old, holes in the seats, and it wont turn on. I can provide more examples but I think this gets the point across. DONT RENT HERE
