Okay I read the "review guidelines" but to be completely honest with you; the management there does NOT follow the fair housing act. I know someone who worked there and from my understanding the management, office/leasing, caretakers, and maintenance all are very discriminative towards people based on their economic, family, and race status. They even went so far to not except rental assistance because they don't want those "kind" of people living there. They leave the kitchens' covered in "grease". They don't like "ghetto" people or "below the border" people. I guess that property is too nice for "city" folks. They do send people over to their other properties that are falling apart. They of course don't mind young-loud all American people to live at Kingston, who throw loud parties, drink under-age, and do drugs. But all that doesn't matter. The company was having problem with the maintenance threatening to call OSHA on them. So they are hard to blame. One thing that people need to understand "LOOK AT THE COMPANY AND THOSE WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF EVERYTHING (OFFICE STAFF)... THE ACTUAL PEOPLE WHO DO ALL THE WORK ARE NOT TO BLAME." If I knew who to call to report them for discrimination I would,
