Ive rented a 3BDRM there for over a year. Its big and spacious, the power bill is low priced, but I can always hear my neighbors, and there have been notes placed on my door due to cigarette butts and things being thrown off the balcony even though I do not smoke (its the people above me). The rent is a little steep ($1300 for a 3bdrm), but I personally haven't had much issues with anything breaking or needing repair, and the front office staff have always been nice to me and my children. I am looking for a new place to live however, and the only reason (regrettably) is the steep cost per month. If they could keep it between $1150-$1200 it would be great.
