Yeah i worked at kingston green. the management through all levels there are a bunch of jerks. Man where do i start theres so much inside info they dont want you to know.. Oh like theres a master key that opens every apartment door. Well theres a lot of copies of this floating around and the thieves can just walk into your apartment and steal from you. Management said it wasn't cost effective enough to remaster all the deadbolts. i wonder if it was cost effective for the residents to get their stuff stolen. The regional manager kathy is such a backstabber. she is the type of person to stab you in the chest just cuz she wants to see the look on your face when she does. I mean really, not changing the master keys even though you KNOW thieves have got copies and are using them, that puts all the residents there at risk of rape murder robbery etc etc etc, they dont care dont fool yourself. the only time they care is when its their stuff getting stolen. never rent here you will regret it i could go on and on and on and on. seriously!! but just know that you move in your stuffs not safe management doesn't care, good luck getting your deposit back !! ha. hayloft property management should be put out of business. hope you like the review kathy and todd and rob and rob and bobbie and steve and all you other miserable sods.

What I am having a hard time with is that I recently submitted a personal opinion that has fused an email war! Question for you if, you are still checking this site....do these happen to be reviewed and answered by the staff?

I used to work there too, what a joke! I really think the management staff needs to start drug testing their employees.. If they only knew that every single person (including the property manager- pre kathy) was a junkie that all partied together after hours. Ha Ha Rob who lived on site here and there! Yeah I still have a master key too.. Hated it there, didn't give a ---- about rules.. Why is it that they are always hiring? Yeah no place is perfect, especially when you're a renter, it's to be expected.. Honestly you do need to be on drugs to work there..
