Smoking near doorways and...

Why is it that the employees all stand out and smoke outside the "breakroom" door which is also outside the door for tenants to walk in' it looks really bad when they are all out there smoking, you can see it from Galaxie Ave. and it is right by the office so if "future residents" come to look at the place they see that right when they come and park! PLUS the fact that it is terrible to walk in the building with children and the entryway is full of smoke and you have to walk through a bunch of employees smoking just to get in the door!! Also, they have spots available for "future residents" but the residents that already live there have to park way down the row because all the employees park in all the front spots by the side door next to the office. I think it would be considerate to residents if the employees parked farther down the row so when residents come home with grocerys...etc. they don't have to walk so far. I guess its all about the employees NOT the residents of the building! I have a relative who still lives in the building and these concerns are a valid point for more than just her!

You were worried about Kingston making it bad for you if you give your name.. It doesn't matter.. They may make it bad for you and there is no reason for it.. It's what they do...

Give the employees a break, they do a good job. I doubt it is easy to work for Hayloft. The employees also live here except for the office staff.
