this was probably posted by someone who hasnt lived there very long or hasnt ever asked the management for a favor. Or it was written by a management employee themself. I used to work there and they are the worst people ive ever met. by far my least favorite employer and landlord company ive ever seen. You can ask for something and they'll promise it all day long and not deliver. Live there if you want to end up pulling your own hair out. oh yeah and they dont care if people steal from you.. I tried to warn them that a master key (opens every apartment door in entire complex) had gone into the wrong hands and stuff was getting stolen. Their respons was " oh well, it's not cost effective to re-master all the dead bolts and if ppl get their stuff stolen then they should have had renters insurance." this was their official answer. remastering all the deadbolts would have taken me 1 week of 40 house. after rent and tax deductions that was 650 dollars. (this was too expensive than having a theif ransacking apartments (especially vacants) and stealing.. I guess i can only thank god that the ppl with the master key stealing werent rapists or murderers. thats right ladies dont feel safe your not

When landlords and or staff at a apartment building do not do the right things one can contact the Tenants Union and start preceedings to have the rent money put into an escrow account. That way until problems get resolved they do not get their rent money and their is nothing they can do about it.
