Where do I start'

First off, I want to ask what happened' when I first moved in with my roommates, everything was going great. We had wonderful neighbors, the grounds were beautiful, maint. was on top of things. And crime was non existent.
Now let's talk about Today's Topics:
Security-
For 9 days you were able to just walk into the "secured entry" in building one. The buzz in feature has not worked for a month and a half, and there are three nightly rounds by the Apple Valley PD.
My neighbors-
The general age of tenants has dropped drastically in the past two years, when we moved in we were considered "young" (25) now there is an average age of 20 renting here. Not to mention. I pay a good sum of cash to live here. If i wanted the halls to smell like disgusting fried fish all the time I would move to the "Woods" in Burnsville. And when does a "Luxury living" community accept section 8. I am pissed that some young girl who wants to keep having kids to stay on the government dime can live in a place I have to work hard for. STOP BREEDING!
The garages-
the garages are ALWAYS well lit and maintained, the only problem is with three guys, one stall is not enough. We already pay for two extra exterior units, why can't we add on a second underground stall beats me.
The hallways-
When did it become right for a parent to decide that sending their kids out to play in the hallway is a good idea. If you are to lazy to entertain your own kids...for the love of God...STOP BREEDING!
Rent-
Here is a really good one..like I stated before. I do not pay kingston green prices to live in the woods of burnsville. If I want to pull up to a parking lot of old beaters, walk into halls full of whiny little brats that are nothing but a break in a prophylactic, and relax in the hot tub at 9:30 at night while some 6 year old oogles over my tats, then I am going to pay the 700-800 everyone else in my situation pays.
The Office Staff-
Yes it has had it's changes over the past year, but it has not changed the level of service they provide. The girls downstairs work hard. And I have never been treated rudely by them. Whenever we need a maint request. It usually only takes a matter of 1 or 2 days. The only thing we had to wait longer for was the washers gears were stripped on a Friday night and they could not get the part in until weds. In the meantime, we were allowed access into a vacant apartment to do laundry while ours was out of commission.
Maint-
No real problems with this side other than I wish they would keep more of an inventory of parts so that we could have things repaired quicker. I do have to say, they impressed me when the replaced the toilet with the wrong seat (it was too long, my dingles dangled in the murky depths if ya know what I mean)it took them no longer than 45 minutes to run to home depot and get me another one.
The pool area-
Attention previously mentioned parents.....the pool is not daycare. why do these parents think they can just drop their kids off at the pool and then go up to their apartment for two hours. This would not be a problem if it was not 9:30 pm, right before the pool closes and I am trying to relax in the hot tub after I have been working in the cold all day. Like I said....STOP BREEDING!
Overall my only complaint is that I do not think that the "future residents" are being screened by the caliber at which tenants were screened 2 years ago.....OH YEAH.........AND STOP BREEDING!
I am moving to a town house complex in April to avoid having to deal with an entire building of morons. I'll just have to deal with one or two after then.
