I currently live here and i am trying to get out. We ahve had nothing but problems since we moved in a couple months ago. You get a notice about a lease violation about everything. They do not have steady management in the office and the ones there are rude and they do not take care of any of my maintance requests. You would think for me paying $1285 in rent they would treat you better but obviously not. I do not reccommend this property to anyone.

I have lived here 3 years and have had none of the problems you describe. I get the feeling there is another side to your story.

I agree. I have been here 3.5 years - the property looks nice with a few minor things every now and then but they are taken care or right away. I received a letter about storing things in my garage stall - I have to agree - it is a violation of fire code that I didn't even realize when I set boxes there. That is not the fault of the management- it's the law. Office staff has always been very polite and taken care of any maintenance request- I have to wonder the above write is not telling us.

I currently live here too and am trying to get out. You do get a Lease Violation for everything. I went to fill up my car with windshield wash and left the bottle down there for literally a half hour and I got a Lease Violation. I also have a Satellite Dish on my deck and was told I have to remove it but others have them and they don't get bothered. The Manager is nothing but a pig and chooses who she likes and doesn't like and takes her problems out on other people

I agree with the last poster. I lived here with roommates for a couple months in 2008 and I would not recommend living here. The management sucks, and the maintenance guy is a pig. He hit on me several times, and when I notified management, they told me I was a liar for trying to make up such a nonsense story. When I moved in and gave them my deposit, I took pictures of the bedroom I had and wrote down every little crack or stain that was in there from the previous tenant and gave them a copy. When I moved out a couple months later, they refused to give my deposit back and tried telling me I damaged the bedroom. I was also told that I had to remove my satellite dish, but our neighbors (who had the same thing) said they were never approached by management to take it down. For the price you pay at this place, it's definitely not worth it to live here. You can find much nicer for a lot cheaper and with more amenities and friendlier staff.
