I agree with the last poster. I lived here with roommates for a couple months in 2008 and I would not recommend living here. The management sucks, and the maintenance guy is a pig. He hit on me several times, and when I notified management, they told me I was a liar for trying to make up such a nonsense story. When I moved in and gave them my deposit, I took pictures of the bedroom I had and wrote down every little crack or stain that was in there from the previous tenant and gave them a copy. When I moved out a couple months later, they refused to give my deposit back and tried telling me I damaged the bedroom. I was also told that I had to remove my satellite dish, but our neighbors (who had the same thing) said they were never approached by management to take it down. For the price you pay at this place, it's definitely not worth it to live here. You can find much nicer for a lot cheaper and with more amenities and friendlier staff.

That may be true in a lot of cases, but it wasn't with me. I paid my rent on time, never violated my agreement, never gave attitude toward anyone, and kept to myself. Not everyone that lives in an apartment complex is going to have bad experiences, but a lot of people do. That's all I'm saying. Management had no reason to treat me, or my roommates, like they treated us.

I have lived here going on 4 years, and have never heard of such nonsense. The only thing I can think of is you reap what you sew.
