We just moved here this year and I have to say that we regret it every moment of every day! Cars, garages, mailboxes all get tampered with and broken into. This place does not feel safe, ever! The walls and ceilings are thin and noise travels through them like I have never heard before. Every Wednesday is cookie day where the manager (we will get to her later) puts out cookies in the foyer for everybody to eat.. Sounds good right' WRONG! You would think it would be a place to socialize with management and get to know the employee s.. The manager just sits in her office and ignores everyone, every couple of weeks the caretaker will actually sit there and talk to us, but usually she is working and we are stuck with the Manager.

Management: Horrible, both the manager and the old maintenance man stand directly in front of the main entrance and smoke all day long; they are so close to the door that they have to move for you to even open the door. Every other day the manager is at the other side of the property; I have gone over there a few times to complain about my mail being tampered with and all she is doing is smoking with her buddy the maintenance man and she wont even give you the time of day! I actually saw the manager doing what looked to be some gardening, but when I took a closer look I realized she was just standing there watching some little kids do it for her. Just plain ridiculous.


Maintenance: The maintenance man yells at tenants (not at me, he knows better) and tells them off when they complain about something being broken. When you tell the manager that something needs to be fixed it never happens. You have to remind them several times before they take you serious.

I rate this place all 0 s as it is possibly the worst place I have ever rented from.. Save your money and move to a place that is safe, and where they actually care about you.!
