I have lived here to two years now. I have no major complaints, but then again, I have no major good things to say. Pine Tree Apartments is a roof over your head and the buildings lock. On the other hand, a lot of the younger residents smoke pot on a regular basis. Also, the rent increases every year - but I'm pretty sure that's the case everywhere else too. The laundry facilities don't work very well, so better off taking your laundry to a local laundromat.
