Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I have been living here at Devonshire Apartments, come Sept. (2 years) I would not refer any ------- American to move here.
*(Not that I know of any)
The apartments are fair; however; Staffing seems Bias, and unconcern on matter's related to unlawful entry of their staff; and the action taken on prevention on matter's in such cases like this, seem of no importance. (Safety seems of Importance)
Privacy and the feeling of comfort here at Devonshire, is in question; as with the utilization of professional skills and the concern for their tenants.... in my opinion.
A "home" can be found in a tree, if a person feels comfortable and safe. And respect is owed to every individual no matter their race, color, or creed, if respect is given in return.
