I have been a resident of Devonshire for 2 years, and am moving out on Sept. 30, 2005. I have had an overall good experience at Devonshire, except for the 2 occasions that my car was broken into in the 2 years I had residence there (while parked in the "secure" underground parking garage). I am very concerned with the staff of Devonshire's level of concern regarding these mishaps I encountered. They even went so far as to state that adequete security to protect their resident's cars in the underground parking garage as being too expensive to obtain. With the size of this complex, and their monthly revenue I highly doubt that Devonshire has cash flow problems, and cannot afford to properly protect their residents.
Just my thoughts...
