I've lived here two years and love my apartment and the location. The staff is generally friendly and are quick to address any maintenance issues. However, I am moving out in two months due to a lack of security and the management's response to security concerns. The storage area, which is located in a locked area of the underground garage, has been broken into TWICE, and every locker was searched. I shouldn't say broken-into since a key was obviously used to gain entry to the storage area. After the first break-in they changed the locks and only allowed you to enter if you got a key from the office; the office hours are ok, but not great on the weekend when most people need access to their storage. This went on for 4 months or so, until "the threat was gone". What else did they do to keep this from happening' Cameras' Fake cameras' Better locks' Nothing' Yep, NOTHING. This is why the storage area was "broken into" again just a few weeks ago. This time I didn't even find out what happened until I went to go get something out of storage. What are they doing to prevent it again' Same thing they did last time... I'm outta here.
