I absolutly love the place for the location and the new feeling. . .But Since I moved in the Fire Alarm has gone off a few times and it takes a guy that lives 45 minutes away to come and shut it off. I was forced outside at 3AM til later than 5AM because they couldn't reach the guy that new the system to shut it off. Also there is a car alarm that keeps going off about twice a month. This car alarm seems to trigger every 20 or so minutes for a full minute and goes on for hours on end. I know what I say makes Devonshire sound horrible but those are the only two major complaints I have in this whole place. The only other thing I can think of is the laundry machines are a huge rip off so make sure to consider getting them in your unit.
