Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the community. The maintenance staff is always cheerful and very helpful, and while I don't always like how the management staff handles things, for the most part they are fair. I have a small one bedroom unit and have to pay my own heat, and because of poor insulation and furnaces that are not energy efficient I pay through the nose. The rent charged is pretty high considering it's only a one bedroom unit but I love the location. My unit is in a very private area, the best in the community as far as I am concerned. I have lived here for 6 yearas now and see no reason to leave unless they continue to raise the rent too high - I pay almost a thousand dollars as it is for my little unit.

I think sometimes that management ignores the parking issues and that the trash cans are left outside all week. It detracts from the appearance of the community.
