Great layout and location

The townhomes have a great open floor plan, and I like the layout with the two bedrooms being at separate ends of the home. It can sometimes be a little noisy from neighbors, but the management has been pretty good about handling that and are friendly and apologetic. In terms of other similar rentals in the area, the price point is fairly competitive. Keep in mind that the townhomes have a hefty utility bill for heating, cooling & electric and you do have to pay for water. This can pack on $100-250/month depending on the season and your thermostat--the place is not so well insulated, lack of storm windows, and it's drafty. One major problem is the parking situation. With 18 units and from 18-36 cars in the cul-de-sac homes, there are only 6 parking spaces. There are garages, but that still leaves 12 cars without parking. Street parking is available but the road's so narrow, I'd worry about my car there. If you have a gathering or guests, it's really a hardship. Would rather have a little less lawn and a lot more parking. The lot is also incredibly icy and treacherous during the winter, which is frequently plowed but infrequently salted. Hope this improves. Overall, I've enjoyed living here. The location, design and layout of the apartment can't be beat.
