Devonshire is a very classy place to live. The two bedrooms are really nice because the bedrooms are very seperated and it really gives you your own space. Also the common area is very open. There is always parking available, and the undergroud stalls are very nice if you are so lucky as to win that coin flip with your roommate. I am confident in the neighborhood's safety and the location is great--just 2 blocks from the 35W on ramps. Management is great and responds to isues in a timely manner. Example: my fridge just went out, I went to the office and told them, and literally 20 minutes later a maintenance employee knocked on my door. Took 2 minutes to diagnose the problem and they are installing a new one tomorrow! Also, they are at the tail end of re-roofing the entire complex. To me this is an example of how well they take care of the entire property.

If you are thinking about spending a little less money and living elsewhere I'd really reconsider and at least come take a look at this place.
