The cupboards & vanity in the bathroom NEED to be updated. The look like they have been here since opening. Honestly if the cupboards could be a little bigger -- there isn't room for cans of food or boxes -- I made shelves in my coat closet so I have room for food. I have a newer fridge that doesn't match stove & dishwasher. The vinyl flooring could be updated. The toliet always seem to get plugged & overflow--hence the base of the vanity coming apart with wood chips. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in each of the rooms or for sure the Master bedroom & dining room area-- this helps with heat control or air control in summer. I have seen recently microwaves under cupboards for an added value. Just so you know I LOVE my Washer & dryer in my apt!!! The last apt I was in we had new digital air conditioners with remotes when you pay almost a $1000 for rent I don't think I am asking too much. I also think ALL Apt bldgs should be NON-SMOKING maybe starting 2009 in Jan. or with renewals. I have smokers all around me & when I want to enjoy the summer breeze I get smoke air with it-- I do not like it at all.
