I have lived at Devonshrire for a year. I wanted a townhome with my own private access, more than one bathroom, and a washer and dryer in my unit. Devonshire gave me exactly what I needed. Overall I would recommend the place. There are nice large windows which let in a lot of sunlight, however it doesn't seem to be insulated very well as my place is often cold and hikes up a little bit of a bill during the cold months. I've had a few maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff is very friendly and fixes things in an efficient manner. They also have a club house that can be rented out for get togethers. We have used this for family events and everyone seems to love it. My only gripes are that it's a little spendy, and the appliances aren't very up to date. Overall I would recommend Devonshire over many other places in the area.
