Nice complexes with poor management

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay here at Devonshire. A few problems noted with management and not returning phone calls or being very pleasant to work with. Recently, the complexes had to have the shingles replaced and we were not informed of our complex being done until the day after they had started. I work nights and went to talk with the office about this issue. Due to my unknowning of the shingling, I wasn't able to make prior arrangements and was unable to sleep for my shift. We called the office and they said they would get back to us several times and phone calls were never returned. Eventually, I went and spoke with someone at the office and she said it wasn't her problem and I should go find the supervisor of the shingling company and speak with him to get more details. Since then, there has been two more incidents of shinglers being on the roof with no notice!
The workout center isn't very big and the equipment is somewhat outdated.
I do like the appearance of the Devonshire complexes and the spacious room between all the buildings.
The parking is very limited and it would be nice to have more availability.
Previously, we recommended these complexes but after our issues with the office staff we don't recommend the complexes anymore unless you can deal with poor management!

I Know exactly ehat you mean, I went thru the same thing in my building. I called the office several times on a Monday and the manager was out of the office, I was to bust to call then called on Friday come to find out the PROPERTY MANAGER does not work Mon & Fri how in the world can she run a property three days a week guess what she can't! I will not recommend this property at all. The buildings look like crap they are only cleaned once a week if not good at all.
