Overall, I have enjoyed living at Avalon at Devonshire. The community is very welcoming and I feel safe. The quality of management has gone down since I first moved in. There have been no problems with my townhome in general-they do get cold and can be harder to heat during the cold months. When something needs to be fixed, there is someone to 'fix it' within a matter of 1-2 days.
