I'm in my third apartment here, and so far so good. Office staff is always friendly, and any maintenance problems are fixed right away, or if they are not they will tell you how long it will take (the springs in my washer broke a couple years ago and they let me use one in a vacant apartment until it was replaced!)

Noise is more of an issue where I am now, mainly because I am in a spot where the buildings are closer together and any noise echos off the buildings.

I started looking at other apartments in the area, and weighing the pros and cons, Devonshire won out. Yes you can find something cheaper, but it is in line considering the amenities (washer/dryer, 24 hour gym with equipment I would use, HUGE walk-in closets, etc...) and how responsive the staff is.
