The management here is very unprofessional. If you call or talk to the on-site manager, she makes it very obvious that your problem does not matter to you. She talks in circles, shrugs her shoulders and gives an awful lot of "I don't know" responses to all your questions. Just who can you get answers from if the on-site management does not know' That is if you can ever find her in the office--she always closes early for the day or doesn't even show up at all. She will direct you to the corperate office. Let me tell you how much help they are--they do not even check their voicemail every day, let alone return phone calls to you the same week you call. Then there is the fact that there is a supposed 24hour, on call person to deal with issues or emergancies that arise. Once when we called the number, it rolled over to the corperate office and we were told that the on call person could not be found (very responsible of them). Another time we were asked before we could tell them the problem if this could wait until tomorrow. Another time, all we got was voicemail. When there are forms for you to sign and you schedule a time to come to the office to sign them, she does not have them prepared when you show up. Customer service is far from the entire staff's minds and then there is Sidal Reality . . .
