I lived at Cedar Commons from 1993 to almost 2004, and thougth it was fantastic, the Manager was fantastic and the maintenance was always there for us. I never lived in a building so clean and with such great responce, I still know people who live their and they love it also, I truly think the people who compalin were either evicted or had to be proble residents. As far as the property management company, they always were good to me, gave me new carpet, fair rent and the pool and grounds were some of the best in al of East Bloomington. Also you get a storage locker included in the rent and the garages were great for us. They have some of the best and largest apartments, and I loved the sunken living room, and a tom of closets. on top of that they have the best balconies in all of Bloomington. They are screened in, and I loved mine. I would move back their in a minute and I always recomend it to anyone who wants to live in the area.

I guess you were able to use your balcony. We had pot smokers below us and we were unable to use ours. When management was told about the pot smoking neighbors they did nothing.
